They charge you money to get your pay check. One day you must call and tell them you are available for running stats, and then the next day you get in trouble for calling and telling them you are available.

The rules are whatever is most convenient for them at the moment. Management changes the rules on a whim and on a frequent basis. They forced a different driver already on their payroll to cover the route, paying him exactly what I had been paid. However, the most I made in a single week was $350.00, and then they canceled the contract after four months, stating they had found someone to do the job cheaper. They even provided a letter to our potential landlord stating my income would be approximately $1000.00 weekly. They gave me a one-year contract, stating it would pay at least $1000.00 weekly. They promise the world, but deliver a t**d. There is no pay increase, so basically a dead-end job despite them telling you that the sky is the limit! they don't honor their contracts and expect you to work on days that you did not contract for, and definitely not a family oriented place to work. You are responsible to have enough money put back for gas as it goes up and down, and massive car repairs and the expense that those bring. I found out that you are supposed to get a fuel-surcharge paid to you, but the company keeps it, and does not pay it to you, as they keep lowering the wages for everyone that takes of a route. if you have questions or concerns, you can't get ahold of them on the phone or talk to them directly face to face as they are an out of state courier service despite the city they list. The pay started out pretty good, but in the year I worked there, I was forced to take 3 pay cuts, with basically no warning, and they pay everyone different wages.

You are expected to provide all your traveling expenses. Working for this company is 1099 contractor work with no benefits and long hours at times.
